On Sunday, November 11, 2017, Jeff Aronin was the featured speaker and honoree at “Breakthrough: Celebrating Discoveries. Shaping Tomorrow.” The annual fundraising event supports the Weizmann Institute of Science.
With a 3,800-person strong scientific community, the Weizmann Institute is one of the world’s foremost centers of multidisciplinary research and graduate study.
Weizmann Leadership Award
For his contributions to advancing medical science, Jeff ronin received a leadership award from the Midwest Region of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute.
More than 500 community and industry leaders came together at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park to honor Jeff for his dedication to improving lives.
Dr. Marilyn Perlman and Brian Price served as event chairs. WGN Radio’s Ilyce Glink served as emcee. The event helped fund a new career development chair at the Weizmann Institute.
